Rates and Insurance

Rates:

Initial Assessment $125 (60 minutes)
$100 per 50 minute individual session

Services may be covered in part or full by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage by asking your representative the following questions:
Do I have coverage for behavioral health?
Do I have a deduction and has it been met?
What is my co-pay?
How many sessions are authorized?
Do I need prior authorization from my primary care physician?
How much does my insurance pay for an out-of-network provider?

Payment

Due at beginning of each session
Cash or check only at this time

Cancellation Policy

The appointment we make together is held just for you. If you cannot make an appointment I require 24 hours notice. If you do not show up or cannot give 24 hours notice I will be required to charge you half of the fee for one session. This is not covered by your insurance carrier.

Regular hours in Watertown:

Monday: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 10:00 am to 1:00 pm; 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm
Thursday: 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm
Friday: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
